How to Use Your Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box

Choose the Right Location
Place the litter box on a flat, hard surface (no carpet) in a quiet area where your cat feels comfortable. Ensure all four foot pads are level.

Plug In and Let It Self-Test
Connect the power and allow the unit to complete its automatic self-test rotation. Wait until the drum returns to the Home position before adding litter.

Add the Cat Litter
Pour in clumping litter (granule size under 15 mm) up to, but not above, the warning line inside the drum.

Connect to the AIRPET App
Download the AIRPET app, connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and follow the pairing instructions. Set your preferences for cleaning mode, notifications, and health tracking.

Introduce Your Cat
Place the box where the old litter box used to be, or side-by-side. Allow your cat to explore. Do not enable frequent manual clean cycles initially to avoid startling them.

Daily Use & Monitoring
The box will automatically clean after your cat exits. Use the app to monitor visits, weight trends, and waste bin status. Empty the waste bin and replace liners as needed.

Recalibrate if Needed
If you notice weight inaccuracies, power off the unit, remove any objects from the base, and restart so it can auto recalibrate its weighing system.
Important Placement & Use Tips
- Do not place a mat under the base; use any included mat in front of the entry only.
- Do not operate on soft or uneven surfaces such as rugs or thick carpeting.
- Always allow the self-test cycle to complete before adding litter or allowing cats to use the unit.
